PEPPER User Guides and training sessions are available for the following types of facilities:

• Critical Access Hospitals
• Hospices
• Short-Term Acute Care Hospitals

To receive PEPPER-related emails, send a message to CMS_CBRPEPPER@cms.hhs.gov. In your message include:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your facility’s CMS Certification Number (CCN)

Once you do this, you will be added to the email list for your type of facility (for example, Short-Term Acute Care Hospital, Hospice, Critical Access Hospital, etc.)
